A lawyer or attorney is a person who practices law, as an advocate, attorney, attorney at law, barrister, barrister-at-law, bar-at-law, canonist, canon lawyer, civil law notary, counsel, counselor, counsellor, solicitor, legal executive, or public servant preparing, interpreting and applying law, but not as a paralegal or charter executive secretary.[1] Working as a lawyer involves the practical application of abstract legal theories and knowledge to solve specific individualized problems, or to advance the interests of those who hire lawyers to perform legal services.

The role of the lawyer varies greatly across legal jurisdictions, and so it can be treated here in only the most general terms

  1. Learned something about felonious killing damages. 🤯 I'm uncertain why it was necessary to put a price on the lives of loved ones but I can't argue with a family that went through this kind of suffering 💔

  2. Why can't the Department of Corrections take a portion of the money he makes in prison for restitution, along with any money put on his books. I realize they make something like .15 cents an hour, so for the Rzecks it would be a principal thing, just like the 6 million dollar judgement, BUT Chris would feel it. It would definitely be a punishment for him when he can't go to commissary every week. Then we would see how remorseful he is!

  3. Those three men who were released, I feel so sorry for them. The years they served, the other prisoners, etc. What an injustice. As far as CW, he should be getting justice in prison, but I have been waiting and nothing has happened. What a shame. He is a burden on our system that should go away, far, far away. As far as Bill Cosby goes, he is a waste of space also. I hope he serves every second of his time. All of these women did not lie. If I had to say one or some of them did, ok, but not all of them. Ridiculous. The rapper, will probably get stitches for being a snitch. They usually do.
I really enjoy your videos and your honesty. I also enjoy drinking coffee out of my Scott Reisch coffee mug. Thanks for the time you have put in.

  4. If he had gotten a sentence he deserved like 40 years… Then he would be more likely to tell the truth. But if he can possibly get out in 7 years he still sees himself as a celebrity who needs to try and get some of his fans back. What's sad is that some people will suck right up to him. Fame is an illness that rubs off on everyone around them.
